Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

First Interview

This first interview is a 20-minute online video call designed to get to know you better. During this conversation, we’ll explore your experience in customer-facing roles, your understanding of key service principles, and how you approach problem-solving. We’ll also touch on something just as important—your cooking skills!

We encourage you to share real-life examples that highlight your empathy, resilience, and professionalism. These qualities are at the heart of delivering truly outstanding service.
Stage 2

Second Interview

The second interview is a more in-depth, one-hour conversation where we take the time to really get to know you and your skills. This stage gives you the opportunity to dive deeper into your experience, particularly in customer-facing environments, and to expand on how you apply service principles in real-life situations.

We’ll explore your problem-solving approach in more detail, including how you handle challenges, adapt under pressure, and maintain a high standard of service. There will also be a stronger focus on your cooking ability, where you can talk us through your techniques, experience, and passion for food.

This is a great chance to share more detailed examples that showcase your strengths, as well as your thought process and decision-making. We’re looking to understand not just what you’ve done, but how you do it and what makes your approach unique.

Stage 3

Offer

At the offer stage, successful candidates receive a formal employment offer that clearly outlines everything you need to know—your role, resort and remuneration. 

As part of this stage, we’ll ask for two successful references (contact details of former employers).

Once you’re happy to accept the offer, we’ll take care of the necessary paperwork and guide you through the next steps, making your transition into the Le Ski team as smooth as possible.
